What’s in the kit ?

A note about positive affirmations and stickers here: It is okay for us to feel whatever emotions we are experiencing. No emotion is a “bad” emotion. Emotions just tell us something. They are giving us information. Some of the affirmations say “just be happy” or things like this. I did try to remove all of these. I also removed others because I do not think we just need to be happy. We should not be “just happy” as humans. As humans, we get all the emotions! Still, I may have missed a few. Some of them say “make your therapist proud” as well. Some of the stickers are just meant to be cute, so try not to take them too seriously.
